The programs through Prevail Health Wellness and Life Coaching give a sense of community. You get to know who the other people in the group are and you can share similar stories, struggles and successes. The daily interactions keep you present and motivated to do the best you can everyday. On the days you are not 100% the groups are also supportive and help to normalize the notion that we willl not always be 100% with our nutrition and that’s okay. I personally get excited to check out the online platform for our challenges as the interaction is motivation in itself. Accountability is everything for me and these groups provide that and help make new connections
When I first started the 12 week program with Heather, it was because I was solely focused on losing weight. As I worked through the program, I realized that my health journey was about so much more than my weight, it also includes my mental and spiritual health as well. I highly recommend not only the program, but also Heather as a coach; she is a compassionate listener with a firm belief that all of her clients can succeed. 12 weeks later I am currently down almost 10 pounds, but more importantly I am stronger mentally and have more self-confidence and a willingness to get out of my comfort zone.
I think the goals where so nice and small they where easy to get to. And its a nice 6 week program so by the end its all just habit! It has been super easy for me and now my husband has kicked his pop habit and drinks 4 glasses water instead and my kids are now asking for water! We snack on fruits and veggies all day and i feel a million times better! I am sleeping better, I have lost the brain fog and I have way more energy yet it was so simple and easy to change!
